AF - Officer Kelp

Obviously, Trouble has a more specific title, but oh well.
_{It wasn't until last weekend that I realized that I could still color if my computer/PS/tablet wasn't working LOL. So I went and bought some Crayola colored pencils xD}
I meant to re-outline him in black after I colored him in, but since I'm apparently colorblind I outlined him in violet instead. Oh well. It matches with his eyes.

Made the colors a bit darker/brighter since I forgot how washed out the scanner makes everything look. This is probably a lot closer to the true color.
